How to Return Items
1. Sign in to your Account or call 1-800-289-3331
2. Go to My Account and click on Order
& Purchases
3. Click on the Order Number you would like to Return
4. Click on Request Return
5. Enter the quantity you would like to return and the reason for the return
6. We will send you an email with instructions on how to proceed
Do not ship back your item without
return authorization instructions
Shipping and handling charges are
non-refundable. Return shipping costs are customers' responsibility. A Federal
Corporation salesperson will be assigned to your case and return instructions
will be e-mailed to you. The salesperson will handle all return inquiries, and
decisions made by them are final.
Returns of new and unused items.
The item must be in re-sellable
condition and be returned with all of the original packaging. All returns
are subject to warehouse approval. Items may be returned for refund or for
exchange. Please note that we must receive the original item back before a
replacement is sent. Our restocking fee schedule is detailed below and begins
the day you receive your order. To begin your return, please e-mail or fax a

Please note that there are no returns for special order or non-stock items..
Returns of Warranty items.
Federal Corporation honors the original manufacturer's warranty guarantee. Most
items are covered for a minimum of 1 year. We do not send advanced warranty
replacements. Item may be refunded, replaced or refurbished according to the
original manufacturer's policy. Please contact your returns representative for
details. Warranty returns are subject to warehouse and manufacturer evaluation
and approval.
Returns of Defective or Broken in Transit items
Please take photos of the item, shipping container,
and packaging material. Submit pictures and a completed RMA form to Federal
Corporation. The part will need to be returned to us and a freight claim may be
filed. Please note that in the event of a freight claim, you may be contacted
by UPS or other freight carriers.
